The AutoWrap can polybag material up to a maximum width of 11.5" (300 mm), length of 17.3" (440 mm) and 1.15" (30 mm) thick. The maximum material piece depends Upon the overall girth of the material (girth = width + thickness times 2).

Plastic "envelopes" cost a lot less than regular paper envelopes do (as little as 1/10th ). You can use almost any kind of printed, colored or clear plastic including USPS approved. Save up to 1 oz per "envelope."
